A surprising share of enquiries start with “the manufacturer says it is no longer available.” That is where a distributor earns its keep — checking stock, equivalents and alternative sources, and telling you honestly what was found.

- Equivalents are only suggested when they genuinely match the specification.
- If we cannot source it, we say so — with what we checked.

Before you ask
Yes. Single units and small quantities are welcome — breakdown spares are a normal part of what Cersina supplies. Pricing is confirmed on the quote, so there are no surprises.
Stock varies by part, which is why availability and lead time are confirmed on every quote before you commit. If a part is not immediately available, the quote will say so — with the expected lead time.
Often, yes. Send the part number — or a photo of the rating plate — and we will check for remaining stock and for a verified equivalent that matches the specification. Equivalents are always identified as such, never supplied silently.
Part numbers and quantities are ideal. A description, a photo of the old part, or the machine and application also helps — especially for equivalents. Add any deadline in the enquiry so urgency is priced and planned in.
Payment and delivery terms are confirmed on the quote for each order, since they depend on the parts, quantities and destination. If you have a preferred delivery arrangement, mention it in the enquiry.
Yes — choosing the right rating, voltage and variant is part of the service. Describe the application and the load in the enquiry, and we will check the selection before quoting. Final responsibility for suitability in your installation remains with the installer or designer.
